MEET THE TEAM

An experienced litigator, Mr. Coons holds a juris doctor, cum laude, Brigham Young University, where he was a notes editor of the BYU Law Review.  Mr. Coons also holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Brigham Young, which makes him uniquely suited to explain complex financial matters whether in litigation, estate planning, probate or business transactions.

Mr. Coons has been practicing in California since 1989, and has represented clients in business litigation, personal injury, probate and trust administration matters throughout the state.  He also has a business practice which focuses on the growth and development of entrepreneurial businesses and family wealth transfer strategies, and has co-authored four handbooks on probate, estate planning and estate administration.
